Fantastic customer service and stand behind the equipment they sell. I purchased a used mower and had some issues shortly after it was delivered. Without any hesitation they came out to pick it up made the repairs and delivered it back to me in about a day. Im super impressed with how this company took responsibility and made things right.

As a commercial landscaper call to order a part for my equipment that has been serviced by these people befor… they did not have the part and the First Lady I was speaking with said they could not order the part, so I asked for the part number to check with other suppliers… she said we don’t give out part number. When asked why she said the owner for get his name just doesn’t allow it. I asked was he available and when he got to the phone I explained I was not trying to back door his bussiness I was simply asking for a part number of a part they could not order… he said let me check on the part, then came back and said we can order the part it just would be after market. I asked again so you give the part number to a customer who has used your service in the past he said no again… horrible customer service, most dealers take care of their landscapers that spend a lot of money with the each year…. By the way last service I had with them I paid $100 for expedited service and was charged $125 for a wire connect that cost less than a dollar and was told this only after they made the reparir so I had a $225 bill for a wire connector…. Don’t trust these people

I just bought a gutter attachment for my stihl leaf blower and Chris helped me get it attached. I works like a charm. Don’t know why I didn’t think of this before Thank you Chris and your teams for always being there to help with a solution Phil

Not only are the staff at this company all very professional and personable to talk with, their friendliness is shown in how they interact with all their customers, new and old, as well as in how they treat other like a family. Chris in sales is extremely knowledgable with a vast amount of experience working with a variety of residential and commercial grade products. He knows the manufactures ad how they have developed their product lines for over 40 years. He really "listens" to the customer about their needs and tries to match products that will be a good fit for them personally and not just trying to push them into products or price points that they do not need. Clark's also has a service department that is very capable of dealing with any type of equipment, but they most enjoy working on the equipment of their loyal customers. They have a really comprehensive service plan that not only helps extend and exceed the manufactures warranty, but also helps and encourages the customer to maintain their equipment for better performance and service life of the product. I was treated with respect and honesty even with the many questions and research that I had done other places t
